Print slows down at smallest imperfection of file (prusaSlicer)

Hello, so I've currently got a slicing problem. My sliced parts (exported as step-file but it has gotten some tiny imperfections for some reason during the export) have a lot of speed deviations which you can see on my figure. These results are also visible on printed parts. I also tested it with a simple STL-file, but its worst in that case. Can anyone help me please? Thanx in advance keys: -CAD software-> Siemens NX -exported type-> STEP AP241 -Slicer->PrusaSlicer-2.8.1 -slicer resolution settings-> Figure 3
