Account Banned ?
Pubg banned my main s1 account for no reason. i tried to reach them but was not useful. I tried in game support feature / claim file , which was also unsuccessful . is there any other method to reach Tencent or pubg mobile support regarding account ban issue?
Don't Tell me about terms and condition of using pubg mobile. I already have enough knowledge. There was no cheating involved. I got message about " data modification " . i just want to review my account again. 🙂

Accounts are suspended for violating PUBG MOBILE's terms of service. Please use the File Claim option when trying to log into your account if you want to appeal for your account suspension.

There are somethings which I want to mention,
: in my account history of recent matches it shows last played matched was " Solo tpp" match with 0 minute survival. which I never played I don't know how it appeared in recent matches history.
: I was playing on gameloop at 2:00 pm roughly. then i logged in account on my mobile phone then suddenly got offline permanent ban. why ?
