Exclude 18+ channels from the starboard
What I want to do is exactly what the title says: I want the bot to not work if 5 idiots try to starboard a post from the 18+ channel.
- I have a general starboard meant for non-18+ channels.
- Ofc the 18+ channel needs a role that we made.

this is default behaviour - messages from age-restricted channels won't be posted to starboard channels that aren't also marked as age-restricted
