To get this title, do we need to be in the top 100 in 2 rankings or is it enough to be in the top 100 in one of them?

Solution:

Both ranks are separate. Being in top 100 in any one of these ranking will grant you the parmanent title reward. Also player ranked in both rankings will get rewards for both rank. You can find more information in here
