Missing Ultimate Top 500 Rewards

I did too 500 in Ultimate.But i got only one reward. There should be 3 rewards but 2 rewards are missing Missing rewards are - - professional team tryouts eligibility -PMGO Qualifying priority (team) Note- I play "Pubg KR" I got a friend who have the same issues he play pubg global @Quendi
