good internet speed isnt the onyl thing affecting ping right?
you may not have a server nearby, that will increase your ping: your service provider may not be good (quality wise), having stuff running in the background will also negtively affect

that's something on your end or ISPs end, check your ISPs status page or down map
I think the issue lies in your ISP upstreaming stuff
