Clothes fitting for muscular guys
Howdy. I'm a pretty big dude, and I've been having some issues with fit on clothes. I bought a dress shirt from Spier and Mackay that fit my neck and sleeve length as I measured them, but some other factor, I think my back width, caused the sleeves to ride up massively when I lifted my arms. Is there any rule of thumb for buying clothes as a bigger guy, or is it just a matter of me doing a bad job measuring myselfm

it's best to measure clothes that fit the way you like instead of attempting to measure your actual body
pics and measure clothes that fit how you like
Gotcha. Thanks
Yeah when you get muscular enough, moving around will cause fit issues. I always squat test pants and do the self hug test on shirts, my lats and hamstrings cause interesting fit issues
Pleats and articulated sleeves/legs can help alot
