Please try submitting another Account Recovery request from the login menu of the game using the Help option located at the top right side of the screen.
Make sure that you submit your claim on the device you used most frequently to log into the game and provide as many information as possible.
If your issue is not resolved after receiving a response, you may create a post with a description, your numeric user identification and a screenshot of the customer service conversation on the official support subreddit....
