Didn’t get the other two rewards for the top 500 Ultimate royal!

I haven’t got the other two rewards which are the eligibility for the individual and team tournament entries. Have to say that my other friends have the same issue as well, I was wondering if you could help us to fix this problem as well. But the title one have been fixed which is good and appreciate it!

My friend ranks was 421 at North America and he has got all the three rewards but we didn’t yet!!!
They gave in app update for that issue so the title one have already been fixed but still they have to make another update for those two other rewards…
It is really unfair!!
Imagine if a player with 421 rank at North America server have already got the all three rewards but we didn’t yet!!!
Guys please go to the game and contact them again for two other rewards if you didn’t already done it! 🙏🏻
