failed to resolve lockfile

heyy so um yeah thats definitely a permission problem with steam but i have no idea how to avoid it...

If you try to create the folder it mentions there (D:\SteamLibrary\steamapps\common\Satisfactory\FactoryGame\Mods) manually, can you?
