incompatible mods
How do I fix if its the right version but its not compatible?
specs: i5 10400f, 16gb ddr4 ram 2667mhz, rtx 3080

Are you using shaders? If yes, then you can safely remove Nvidium. Nvidium only works with shaders disabled. It does not work while shaders are enabled, plus I don't think you're playing Minecraft with shaders off for over 20% of the time.

Use Iris 1.8. You will also need to upgrade Sodium to 0.6.
While you're at it, also upgrade Distant Horizons to 2.2.1-a or higher if available.
so after i do all this i get a new error with nvidium:
and a newer version of nvidium doesnt exist. Same error with 0.3.1

Nvidium never improved Iris' performance. It improves the vanilla game's performance.
