Asking about unlink Acc

permission to ask, I've been waiting 1 month since I wanted to unlink my Facebook account. here it says that you must log in 15 days for 30 days. and I've been waiting for 30 days but why can't I still press to unlink the Facebook account? Am I required to log into the game for 15 days out of 30 days? and if yes, I have passed the 30 days, what are the consequences? Can I still try to unlink my account in the next 15 days?
