After the account recovery request is sent, can it be opened again without waiting for 3 months or is it mandatory to wait 3 months?

Hello, @v99! You'll not be able to submit another account request for 3 months through in-game if your previous account recovery request was approved. You may be able to submit another request if your previous application got rejected.

Since my account is not a trusted device, I cannot add or remove a link. I could do this before resetting my phone, but now I cannot do it, there is no other trusted device, how can I fix it?
