Does this also happens with other shaders pack besides the one you're using right now?

Do you have other mods installed?
Other mods in this case means any mods that are not Iris and Sodium.
i have fabric api and worldedit as well
Just to be sure, test with those mods disabled or removed. Test in a creative world so that it doesn't interfere with your current world.
i checked with disabling worldedit and the issue persisted
and i cant really disable fabric api
Iris and Sodium does not need Fabric API, however, Fabric API by itself have no influence on Iris and Sodium so, that can be ignored.
