Unreceived title (Ultimate Royale)

Hi , i need someone to explain this or maybe help me I’ve been playing ultimate Royale the whole las season and i was at top #204 or #206 Europe server and i checked my rank before the event closed yet i didn’t receive my top 500 title or then invite I have all the proofs
