Ultimate 500 confirmation
I have been ranked 350 in asia server in ultimate royale in C7S20 season but i haven't received any confirmation on selected to the ultimate 500 ? Why is this happening? Is this a regional issue?

I texted the support they said it’s common issue and they gonna send the rewards in next week

Actually have got the main title, but the eligibility for the tournament is still missing…
When is the tournament date for the top 500??!
If there is any tournament then why am I missing the eligibility rewards!!!!!
The thing is I’m really tired of this rewards, because I tried many times to tell you guys to fix it but you ignoring it!!!!!
This is not only my issue, other players in Europe and middle east server from 100-500 have the same issue for the two other rewards…

You don’t know how hard was that ultimate royal to get into top 500. take that answered sign!

The missing rewards is
1. Professional team tryout invite.
2. PMGO priority invite.
We only got the top 500 title and there is 2 rewards missing
