No email from Custom SMTP

I have novu version 0.24 hosted at a server. I have my personal SMTP credentials, which i have tested on a python script. The SMTP works. I have created a custom SMTP on the integration store with my personal SMTP credentials. I am triggering my workflow which has Email channel added. When i trigger workflow i get “ Template triggered successfully ”. But i am not getting any Email. Can i get some help please

@Pawan Jain no error on the activity feed logs. I have hosted the version 0.24 on our server and there is no activity feed logs in the hosted NOVU dashboard @Pawan Jain need some help.

Means there is not even success logs? Could you check @novu/worker and @novu/api service logs
