Dont think you‘ll have fps issues, With lowest Graphics settings, you can definitely play Full HD, maybe even QHD

You‘ll most likely hit your 240 fps to match the monitor easily on 1080p
Valorant is really low spec, you can get somewhat decent fps with close to anything thats not 8 years old
The RX 580 is almost 2x as good as the 1050 Ti
