If you get that basic lobby from gilt series available from dec 27 and this advance theme perk available in season collection you won't need to reach pk9 to get permanent theme lobby. This advance theme perk will automatically upgrade your basic lobby into upgrade version

Its same as the previous system of upgraded version of lobby. This advance theme perk will automatically upgrade your basic artic era lobby theme. The basic artic era lobby theme will be available in the upcoming gilt series from dec 27 to jan 13 to redeem.
But the upgrade lobby is popularity battle reward right ? How is that explain anything
No. In the upcoming gilt series starting from dec 27, there will be a basic lobby theme in rewards section. If you collect that lobby theme that will be your permanent basic lobby theme. Then if you collect this advance theme park from season collection this advance theme park will parmanently upgrade your basic lobby in the inventory. In your photo that time limited 60days lobby is the upgrade version the basic theme lobby.
I see that was like before , but check the popularity battle pk9 rewards it looks like the same upgraded one , so does it mean the seasonal reward is repetitive or just time limited ?
Wow. Just saw its the same upgraded lobby in pk9 too. These are same rewards both in season collection and popularity battle. I wonder what happens when a player collects both 🤷‍♂️

Advance theme perk will work only on lobby obtained from current season. Hence it will not work in next season. That is why time limited icon
