Why Was My Account Banned for Sharing Items in Metro Royale?
Hi, I’m trying to understand why my account got a 10-year ban from Metro Royale for “illegal trading” just for sharing free items with friends. I’ve contacted support a few times over the past three years, but I’m always told the system is fair. The thing is, my friends are still able to share items without being banned, and even another account I made hasn’t been banned. I’ve been playing since Chapter 1 and always followed the rules. Can someone explain why my account got banned but others haven’t?

Hello PUBG MOBILE Operations Team,
I understand your response, but it feels frustrating to wait out a 10-year ban for sharing free items(flagged as illegal trading) when other players continue doing the same without consequences. I’ve appealed through multiple channels, but my appeal was disregarded, and customer service via in-game insists the system is fair for everyone. Could you please take a closer look at my case for a fair review?
Thank you.
