Steam restart follies
a week or so ago Steam tried to install a gamepad firmware update (its unclear to me whether this update was for my dualsense or for something internally), however this update seemingly failed and has caused some issues. If i launch a game steam will suddenly try to restart, my game will keep running and the client will never actually restart properly, but it does make the client completely unusable until i kill it and restart, to which it'll remain usable until i start a game and it'll try to restart the client again. I'm not sure if this is actually caused by this update but is there a way to completely reset the steam client so everything is gone, without breaking anything?
