Nozzle is rattling against the print, making scrathing noise and producing top layer artifacts.

Hi, here is what the top layer look like (see pic), and I also added a video for you to hear the scrathing noise, it's a deep "RRRRRrrrr, RRRRRrrr", that can't be healthy for the nozzle. I also attached the gcode I used. the video if filming layer 2. What could that be? The printer is a ratrig Vcore 4 400mm, core xy Thanks.

How does the first layer look? Feels like over extrusion could be to blame.
