[Account Recovery]

Hello, my account was hacked and I tried to make a request on [Account Recovery] but it tells me that it is blocked for 3 months, what can I do? I emailed them the account data, logins, devices, uc purchases and they also send me [Account Recovery]. I wrote to them that I did not send the claim. Can someone help me get in touch with them directly? I have all the proof of the account.
