crashes on startup, forge mc 1.20.1
forgive me for being a bit dense.
i've got about 150 mods installed, including alex's caves whose config fix has been applied already.

errors that stick out to me from oculus and distant horizons. it's definitely a distant horizons problem; game boots and plays fine without it turned on
logs if they help at all
because the game can't boot it hasn't even made a config file afaik so i can't delete that and see if it works
Dh 2.2.x is incompatible with oculus 1.7. Either use dh 2.1.2, use this unreleased oculus version: https://github.com/Asek3/Oculus/actions/runs/11198312573/artifacts/2020008921 (you need to be logged in) or use something else than forge + 1.20.1
