I received an unfair audio ban and my ban date is not visible, can you please help?

While in a match, you can tap on the microphone icon to receive a pop-up that shows how long you have been banned for using it.
If you believe that the penalty given was unfair, please contact the in-game customer service for further assistance....

so you went against the TOS of PUBG Mobile, by possibly > slurring, racial comments, harassment, etc.
usually after the second ban wave you’d get ban for sometimes a week/month/year depending on how severe it was.
please contact game support! best of luck getting your mic fixed!
