My skybase got connected to the ground with lod blocks

idk how to really explain this. basically i joined my friends vanilla server like i usually do played for a bit downloaded some client side mods joined and this is what my base looks like now ive googled a bunch of stuff but havent found anything that works or fits the description of my problem. i would be happy to share my mod list.
