Account recovery ( account scammed or hacked )
How are you? Hope you are doing well
i was playing PUBGM from my personal account for more than 5 years. And in the morning of june 2024 i found that all my connected channels were changed and in an hour i was unable to login into my account. Then I tried using the in-game recovery method but i was unable to submit claim as the other person already submitted a fake claim. He kept on submitting the fake claims for more than two months and was not letting me submit one. After two months when I submitted the claim it got rejected I don’t know why but it might be because i was not using the most used device which was my Iphone 12 pro which i sold and was using iphone 13 pro for kore than a month. I have all the UC purchase receipts and all the information like whom i teamed up with what were the nicknames i used and what were the channels connected to my account etc
Now please help me in recovering my account.
I can provide you as well with all the information and receipts.

Please contact the customer service for further assistance with lost or stolen accounts.
You may submit an account recovery request through in-game at the login page of the game by selecting Help > Login Issue > Account Recovery > Submit Claim.
Please note that your ticket will be declined if you are unable to accurately provide all the information that the in-game customer service have requested from you, or that it does not match with what they have. You will have to cross-check again, or else they will not be able to assist you any further....

Please note that you will need to submit the support requests through the official support subreddit for now.
