Hacked/deleted accpunt
Hey there, i have a question regarding my main pubg account. I am not sure if it actually is possible or not, but in game support is really unhelpfull, i hope you guys know the answer.
My main pubg account has been hacked a few months ago (my email was in a huge data leakage). When i had everything back under control and noticed they also Stole my pubg account, i Found out the person who got in it Permandntly deleted the account (probably cause he/she couldn't recover it). Ive been sending in game support a ton of messages, but i keep getting An automated reply that a deleted accounts data is gone forever.
However, i still have access to midasbuy linked to the account, and can still make payments towards it (yes i tested it 😅), so I believe support is just lazy.
Ive invested a lot of time and money into the account, idd really appreciate a reply or any help!

Please contact the customer service for further assistance with lost or stolen accounts.
You may submit an account recovery request through in-game at the login page of the game by selecting Help > Login Issue > Account Recovery > Submit Claim.
Please note that your ticket will be declined if you are unable to accurately provide all the information that the in-game customer service have requested from you, or that it does not match with what they have. You will have to cross-check again, or else they will not be able to assist you any further....

Bro midasbuy and pubgm arent in collab its only service to purchase UC,idk if u saw that u can change id when buying UC everytime u try too

I just want to recover a permanent deleted account
