i downloaded the mechakeys app again and then it sayd my password was incorrect so i clicked the forgot password button and it said that the code was sent to my email but after i checked all of my emails it still wasn't there please help

Given that you have linked your account, a valid email is definitely attached to your account. We have been receiving reports of delayed emails, so it possible it just hasn't been received yet.
