I need help to recover my account back, I made a ticket but i need a contract adress to send more evidence.

If you are not able to access your account because it is hacked or compromised, please reach out to the customer service through the login menu of the game using the Help option located at the right side of the screen. You can submit an account recovery request through there.
You can upload the images or other supportive materials to a website/application like Google Drive. After uploading the screenshots, you can copy the shareable link and include it in your response to this question in the Account Recovery Tool. It is recommended that the link's permission is set to public.
You can also send an email to [email protected] to provide evidence....

Dear PUBG Mobile Support Team,
I am writing to request a thorough review of the ban on my account (in-game name: MatiasLaxalt14, ID: 510808779), which was sanctioned for 3650 days. While I understand the importance of maintaining a fair gaming environment, I believe this measure is excessive and disproportionate in my case.
The situation arose from accidentally installing a corrupt APK, which unknowingly contained unauthorized modifications. It was never my intention to break the rules or gain an unfair advantage. I have always played fairly, maintained a clean reputation, and actively contributed to the PUBG Mobile community.
Over the years, I have invested not only more than $300 USD in the game but also countless hours ranking up (currently Level 56), promoting PUBG among my friends and peers, and supporting its community. My account has not caused harm to other players, and my behavior in the game has been exemplary since I started playing.
I fully understand the need for strict policies to protect the game's integrity, but a 10-year ban feels extreme in my case. I respectfully ask for your understanding and reconsideration. I am willing to cooperate in any way necessary to demonstrate my commitment to the rules and to prevent any future issues.
Please consider this appeal and allow me to continue enjoying the game I deeply value and have supported. I am confident we can find a fairer solution that reflects my genuine intent to comply with PUBG Mobile’s guidelines.
