Help! I have other devices that I don't know logging into my account. How do I remove them?

To begin with, it is recommended to change your password for the linked social media accounts and enable two-factor authentication for both your social media accounts and your PUBG MOBILE account. After you have enabled secondary verification for your PUBG MOBILE account, any other unauthorized access will be automatically removed. You can also check and manage your account activity through your Account settings of the game. You can check and remove recently logged in devices and check the Account Security Settings to manage trusted devices, remove linked accounts, check account security activity, and more....

If you still believe that your account is compromised, please contact the in-game customer service for further assistance. You may submit an account recovery request through in-game at the login page of the game by selecting Help > Login Issue > Account Recovery > Submit Claim. Please note that an unsuccessful account recovery claim may result from providing insufficient or incorrect information or attempting to submit the request from an unfamiliar device. We recommend submitting the in-game account recovery request from a device you frequently use to log into your PUBG MOBILE account, and ensure you provide the in-game customer service with all the required and accurate information. If you are not satisfied with the results after receiving a response, you may submit a Recovery request through the community support form.
