I’m trying to recover account because I changed my phone number recently and I can’t log in anymore because of 2nd verification and I tried many times to recover but it keeps saying we regret to inform you that the information you provided has not been approved even though I typed all the right things

Please note that an unsuccessful account recovery claim may result from providing insufficient or incorrect information or attempting to submit the request from an unfamiliar device. We recommend submitting the in-game account recovery request from a device you frequently use to log into your PUBG MOBILE account, and ensure you provide the in-game customer service with all the required and accurate information.
If you are not satisfied with the results after receiving a response, you may submit a Recovery request through the community support form....
