Now we have lay lines in freeboard signalk. it would be a good thing know the time to arrive to the waypoint with laylines course

"laylines course" is essentially a route with one (we are on the layline) or two (we are on the opposite tack and need to make it first to layline, tack/gybe and then to destination) => i think this should be handled as a special type of a route with route's intrinsic properties like length and derivable properties like time of arrival, time to go etc
Yes, if we follow this route and are sailing to this waypoint, the time to reach the waypoint is the sum of the time to reach the layline plus the time to reach the waypoint, which differs from going directly to the waypoint. Both times are interesting to consider.
If we are sailing towards the layline, knowing the time to arrive at the layline is useful to prepare for the maneuver.
