Desktop mode broken and unable to rebase
Immediately after installing the latest bazzite update from the 4th
Plasma stoped working
I tried rebasing with
But after rebooting it still shows
stable-41.20241104 I tried rpm-reset to remove all layered packages but when I reboot my layered packages are still there

rpm-status
shows 2 deployments one with all the packages layered and one without.
I tried switching between the deployments and I eventually got it to boot without any layered packages but I still can't roll back to the 30th

fixed after I reset. I think it may have been a problem with updating with LACT installed but not sure

This is how it currently looks right now

Tried rebasing to testing and that worked
Tried then going directly to 41.20241030
And it went straight to 41.20241104
Maybe rebasing to that version is currently broken?
@Kyle Gospo any ideas how I could of broken bazzite this badly
I tried resetting plasma configs as mentioned here
https://wiki.archlinux.org/title/KDE#Plasma_desktop_behaves_strangely
With no luck
So I really do think the latest update broke it
Was able to get the device info just to run
https://paste.centos.org/view/92ae5051
And the journal
https://0x0.st/XDqU.txt
The only interesting thing is kwin core dumping at
nov 06 12:30:11
Finally!!! I got it to downgrade and no crashes
So latest update is borked @Kyle Gospo
Should I make an issue on the GitHub?
