Reaction only working in one channel
I want to make it so you can only star posts in one specific channel, is this possible?

To explain more, I have a specific starboard reaction that I want in "fanart" to use for community specific art that will go into "masterpieces", but I dont want the emoji set to be used in any other channel other than "fanart"
