Nozzle getting closer to bed as it prints first layer

i think it has something to do with thermal expansion i did paper test and beacon_ratos_calibrate

put this to your printer.cfg and try againm this will take some time before the print starts, this serves as a test.
[gcode_macro RatOS]
variable_bed_heat_soak_time: 1200
variable_hotend_heat_soak_time: 300
variable_start_print_park_in: 'primeblob'

before startgn the print, make again the beacon calibration with these enw settings, then retune first layer and then print

i forgot to mention i heated bed for 10+ minutes before starting this print to ensure it’s not expanding further when printing

with this new seetings you make the calibration and the actual print with these settigns with this we can rule any other potential issue out later you can finetune these settings to your liking these setting are pretty conservative, but perfect for the test

ok, just to make sure i give you all info on what i did but I should wait until bed reaches room temperature before doing calibration right?

it is doing it by its own now clean the nozzle before doing it remove filament

it helped so it looks like i need to let bed heat for longer, makes sense as i have 500 version which is huge piece of aluminium here i was thinking 10min was enough, thank you for your help 👏
