If you're unable to download the previous sensitivity settings from the cloud, it is unfortunately not possible to restore it unless you have it saved somewhere else, @GoodArtifact. Please try to download it from the cloud by tapping on Cloud Management option or try to look for it if you saved it somewhere else. If that does not help, you may need to create your sensitivity settings again.
