Hello guys! I want to change my mobile number linked to PUBG but unfortunately i lost my sim card or someone else is using it. Please help me! Is there any way to change the phone number. My device is fully authorized.

If you have purchased a pack, it will be sold out and you will need to complete the login missions to collect the rewards of the remaining available packs within a pack. It will not reset because it is a one-time purchase.

This should be a scammer, @Hunza. The only recommended way to reach out to the customer service is through in-game. The email for the customer service is [email protected].
PUBG MOBILE, Tencent, KRAFTON or moderators never ask you to:
- share your password with anyone
- share your SMS or e-mail verification codes with anyone
- log in with your PUBG MOBILE account outside of the game
- submit forms outside of the game for PUBG MOBILE support
- pay for any kind of support.
