teamviewer (distrobox)

I got the fedora rpm for teamviewer here https://www.teamviewer.com/en-us/download/linux/ and installed it with box buddys install rpm option, but i can get it to launch. I tried running from a terminal and got
📦[zany130@fedora ~]$ teamviewer

Init...
CheckCPU: SSE2 support: yes
Checking setup...
Launching TeamViewer ...
Starting network process (no daemon)
Network process already started (or error)
Launching TeamViewer GUI ...

Solution:
teamviewer itself does some dumb stuff and doesnt even work in a distrobox where you have enabled systemd even either has to be layered (idk if remote control of your machine will work) or you have to live with the web ui...

ahh i guess you cant use teamviewer in a distro box because it needs systemd?
:package:[zany130@fedora ~]$ teamviewer daemon status

systemctl status teamviewerd.service
System has not been booted with systemd as init system (PID 1). Can't operate.
Failed to connect to bus: Host is down

if the host isn't committed to teamviewer, you may consider alternatives such as RustDesk

Yeah just setup a distrobox with init support and it it core dumped when I tried to run it. I perfer rustdesk but for some reason or maybe I dumb you can't use it to remote into a chromos device you can only run the web version of rustdesk on chromos which only supports connecting to another pc it seems not reciving a remote connection. Didn't know teamviewr had a web client that should prob work for my needs ( I just need it to connect to other pepole pc for quick support)
