Pro Plan Billing Question
On the plans page, it says "$20/mo per seat + resource usage." Does this mean I would pay $20 plus the cost of resource usage? So, at a minimum, $20 plus any additional charges based on my resource usage? On the same page it says "Pro subscription will be billed monthly according to resource usage and seats occupied."

Yes your understanding is very accurate. You pay for each user that you have on the team plan ( 20 dollars per user ) and then you'd also pay for the usage you incur on that plan

I want to know one more thing. Currently global regions are only supported with the Pro Plan. I just need one project to be hosted in Europe. Is there anything planned of making global regions (or at least choosing one region outside the US) accessible in a lower plan. I do not want to upgrade just for that one feature.
There's been many other who have asked if such a plan exists, unfortunately there isn't and I don't think there are any plans to add one, not that I know of anyway
Although, all regions will be available for hobby plan at some point if you don't mind waiting, US-West and US-East are currently available
where have you been lol, hobby users are going to be getting all regions

yes they are, and metal regions will come to all the same regions we currently have
I was under the impression that it'll be a bit before European and Asian regions will be coming to metal, athough I'm not really sure why I was under that impression, my bad then
