how to recover pubg account with just an id
my sister cannot open her pubg account bc she factory reset her phone without memorising her twitter account that is linked to pubg, she doesnt remember twitter account nor the gmail, she made that gmail account only for pubg, she is not using it , i have her id in pubg only, how can she have access to her account again please?

The Gmail linked to an old phone number that she doesn't have now anymore and she forgot the twitter name, there is no other way she can get back her account ?
