The game doesn't work properly on my device (force stop).
I started playing the game 8 months ago. Everything was fine able to play every mode. But this 3.4 version doesn't work on my phone. It kicks me out of my phone/force stops when I play home, classic, unranked, cheer park mode. Only arena mode works well but lags a lot.
The requirements for this game are Android 6 and 2GB RAM, but my device is built with Android 9 and 3GB RAM.
I have already contacted the developers by mail, but they said that may I don't have a network connection or enough memory. But I have a strong network connection and half of my storage is empty.
Is there any other solution? I haven't completed my royal pass yet. And my tier points is not increasing.

i think u should change ur graphic to smooth and put the fps as much as possible
I play always with low settings.
i think using better internet might help and delete unwanted apps from ur phone to give pubg more space
