Hi @Zuck. I'm kapa.ai, your friendly support bot. I will try to answer your question by searching through the knowledge base. ---------------------- Hello! It's great to hear you've been making progress on your app. Regarding your question about updating your Wasp version, here's what I can tell you based on the available information: As of now, Wasp version 0.14.1 is relatively recent. However, it's generally a good practice to stay updated with the latest stable version, especially when going into production, to benefit from bug fixes and improvements. That being said, I don't have specific information about updates or bug fixes since version 0.14.1 in the provided knowledge sources. The most recent version mentioned in the sources is 0.13.0, which is older than your current version. If you're planning to go into production soon, you might want to consider the following: 1. Check the official Wasp GitHub releases page for any updates since 0.14.1. This will give you the most up-to-date information on new versions and their changes. 2. If there are updates, review the changelog carefully to see if there are any critical bug fixes or improvements that could benefit your production app. 3. Be cautious about major version updates close to your production launch, as they might introduce breaking changes. Minor updates and patch versions are generally safer to apply. 4. If you decide to update, make sure to test your app thoroughly after the update to ensure everything still works as expected. 5. Remember that Wasp has a mechanism for specifying the required version for projects, so even if you update your local Wasp installation, your project can still use the version it was developed with Github Issue (https://github.com/wasp-lang/wasp/issues/616). If you want to check for updates or switch versions, you can use the Wasp installer script:
curl -sSL <https://get.wasp-lang.dev/installer.sh> | sh -s -- -v <version_number>
curl -sSL <https://get.wasp-lang.dev/installer.sh> | sh -s -- -v <version_number>
Replace <version_number> with the version you want to install Github Issue (https://github.com/wasp-lang/wasp/issues/616). Lastly, if you're unsure about updating, you can always reach out to the Wasp community or developers for the most current advice on version updates, especially when preparing for production deployment. ---------------------- Note: you can ask me a follow up question by @ mentioning me again :speech_balloon: ---------------------- Sorry @Zuck, I seem to be having a bit of trouble. Don't worry though, I've pinged my support and they will try to fix me up! :technologist: Perhaps try again in 15mins?

I asked a similar question and the best answer I recieved was:
I think it's easier to migrate the app with each version so you don't have to migrate more versions at a time πŸ™‚ https://wasp-lang.dev/docs/migration-guides/migrate-from-0-14-to-0-15 There are some changes you'll need to do - but nothing major. Of course, each migration takes time and you'll have to be careful about it πŸ™‚
Now I'm already migrating to 0.15!

One thing i didn't mention - in the answer to @NEROX is that 0.15.0 came with Prisma 5 which has some performance improvements for the DB which is a nice reason to upgrade.
