My account is hacked 3 months ago
Hello, my account has been hacked about 3 months ago and i didn't know it was hacked until monday when i was trying to login, i saw that the hacker used his phone number and i can't login due to verification code in her number because my device isn't recognised. I have every proof that the account is mine.I have every date the account has been logged in, I logged in 1 july and the hacker logged in 15 july and put her number in 29 july and unlinked my Facebook account.Hopefully the account still linked to my google but I can't login and I chatted her on whatsapp but she blocked me.I submitted many claims but always not approved maybe because not recognised device.I have alot of proofs that the account is mine and big proof i have my gmail and the emails i get.My device is Samsung Galaxy A325F

You may submit an account recovery request through in-game at the login page of the game by selecting Help > Login Issue > Account Recovery > Submit Claim.
Please note that an unsuccessful account recovery claim may result from providing insufficient or incorrect information or attempting to submit the request from an unfamiliar device. We recommend submitting the in-game account recovery request from a device you frequently use to log into your PUBG MOBILE account, and ensure you provide the in-game customer service with all the required and accurate information....

If you are not satisfied with the claim results, you can submit a support request through the official support subreddit with a description of the issue and your numeric user identification, and wait patiently for a response.
