Fit check on pair of pants
Got this pair of pants from TS. Waist measurement feels good, length needs to be hemmed, but trying to decide on top block fit. I've heard the pocket lip is not supposed to bubble up like in the 3rd pic, but not sure if they'll settle over time or if they just currently look too tight around the thighs and always will.

Too small, pockets are doing weird shit that are probably only solved by sizing up
Wash will shrink which will confirm too small.
Fabric is nice though.
Yeah, that's what I figured. Sadly they don't have the next size up, but at least I can still return them.
It is a nice fabric, and I did manage to snag a jacket that uses it so silver lining
Excuse my ignorance but where did you get these/what brand? I’m not sure what TS is, and I do like the look (also what material)
@swarles it's from Taylor Stitch. They're the Carnegie Pant in Peat Nep Herringbone fabric. They're almost all sold out sadly, and usually no guarantee they'll bring back the fabric in the future. But they do have their most popular jacket available in the fabric for now.
I will take a look! Thank you
@heritage-ish . . Dang love the old world yet modern look of those pants. I’m going to see if they are still available in my size. The fit is almost there - I’d check with a tailor.
Can you post a pic of the inside seam at the back? might be able to let them out a half-inch or so which could help
@tun🌻 looks like one of the pocket bags in sewn into the seam
That's the side seam right? They might be able to let them out at the back if there's a seam allowance left
Doesn't look like it, but I'm gonna take it to a tailor just to see if they think otherwise
Thanks for the suggestion!
