Railway Account has been downgraded to "Trial" and my projects are missing.
Hello, I logged into my Railway account the other day and to my surprise the account is now on the "Trial" plan instead of the "Hobby" plan. My last payment receipt is from 10/4/2024. All of my projects and DB seem to have been wiped as well. Please help! Let me know if you need any other info from me. Thanks

I think I accidently clicked login with email eariler today yes. It created that account. But I had a previous accout using Github as my login.
And now when I try to login via Github, it keeps logging me into this account.

I clicked login with email, it sent me a code. I used that code to login via email, and it took me to this same account.
I am trying both versions of login and I can't seem to avoid this account π

It's the email I have been paying for my plan with.

we have two customers under that email, one of them was created oct 25th
Yes I think that was me accidently logging in via email yesterday. I do not want to use this account. I just want to be able to login with the previous account which was created via Github auth.
I can delete account via settings but I just want to confirm this won't have any side effects on the other account.

ive refunded the October 4th invoice, expect that back in 5 - 10 days
Well this is disappointing. I don't think I deleted the account but I can't argue with that. Thanks for your help nonetheless. π
sorry you found yourself in this situation, going forward i would recommend enabling 2fa to place a little more friction in-between destructive actions
