Bro, I’m exhausted from trying to claim my account over and over, only to get rejected every time. My account’s been around since 2022, linked to my email, but hasn’t been played for 5 months, and then someone just took it over using a mobile number. I already submitted the claim with proof and all the right info, but they just rejected it without any consideration. Any advice, guys, for those of you who have gone through this too?

Please note that an unsuccessful account recovery claim may result from providing insufficient or incorrect information or attempting to submit the request from an unfamiliar device. We recommend submitting the in-game account recovery request from a device you frequently use to log into your PUBG MOBILE account, and ensure you provide the in-game customer service with all the required and accurate information.
If you are not satisfied with the claim results, you can submit a support request through the official support subreddit with a description of the issue and your numeric user identification, and wait patiently for a response....
