Domain through Apple, no access to account and suspension
I need urgent help with my custom iCloud domain that I purchased.
I signed up for a custom domain with iCloud and have been using it for my primary email for all of my work.
I do not remember making an account, what sign in method was used.
I received a suspension warning email for my domain and tried to start attempting to login to my account (through Apple, dashboard cannot be located, email etc). The suspension email was sent to 2 emails the first email, I no longer have access to. The 2nd email is my iCloud account (I do have access to).
I tried forgot password options etc but nothing is working.
I tried to create a new account so I can access the help features but I’m not able to claim the domain. I tried to open multiple help tickets and each time Cloudflare have “resolved” my case despite multiple emails that I sent with extra information.
There was no communication and I attempted so many times to try and explain the situation by replying with more information.
Can anyone help? I’m devastated. I really want to renew this domain or at least speak to someone who may be able to help my case but it seems impossible.

The ticket number for my case was 01234794. Not sure if that helps.
