TPU fails every time on the same spot of the second part, with a twist.
Hi all. Consider the attached image. I am attempting to print 4 parts at a time, using TPU. I have dialed in my TPU setting and I can print any of these 4 parts (disabling the three others in Orca objects). All the parts, individually, print without issue. Even at high speeds.
The problem happens at the end of the first part / start of the second. The printer puts down the first layer without incident, yet without fail, jams up as soon as it starts the second layer. Keep in mind, I have tested all 4 positions and all 4 print without a hitch. However, if I print more than 1 part at one, no matter what order, the first part prints perfect, the second always puts down the first layer but jams and fails immediately as soon as it starts the second. All parts have exact same settings.
If I try to print the 4 all at once, (layer by layer instead of object by object), the first part's first layer goes down without an issue. Sometimes, it starts jamming as soon as it moves to the first layer of the second part, but most often it only jams on the second layer, always after the first part. Again, no matter the order.
I have set my retractions to 0 to ensure that this isn't the factor, but still happening and even though I have all retractions at zero, I still see retraction when the extruder jumps from one part to another.
Ideas?
