How Did My PUBG Account Get Banned?
Hello PUBG Team,
I had an old PUBG account that I last used about 3-4 years ago. Recently, I tried to log in, but I was surprised to see that the account has been banned. I’ve never used any hacks or third-party apps on this account, so I’m confused as to how it could be banned. Could someone guide me on why this has happened and what I can do now? I haven’t done anything against the rules, and this is my first login in years. Please help me find a solution to this issue.

Accounts are suspended for violating PUBG MOBILE's terms of service. Please use the File Claim option when trying to log into your account if you want to appeal for your account suspension.

If you are not satisfied with the results after receiving a response, you may submit a support request through the official support subreddit with a description of the issue and your numeric user identification and wait patiently for a response.
